Incline Fat Bar Press ( Steep incline )
Worked up to 205 for 3 x 6-8

Chain Tricep Extenions 3 chains each hand ( about 60# of chain each hand)
4 x 10-12

Neutral Grip Cable Rows
3 x 8-10

Fat Bar Curls
4 x 10

Push ups
