Worked up to a sing with 255 + bands ( Somewhere around 450 @ top)
Straight Bar Tricep Extensions + mini bands
4 x 6-8
Wide Grip Lat Pull Downs
3 x 8-10
Face Pulls
3 x 12-15
Push Ups
2 x fail
GHR Sit ups
3 x 10
Not a bad day but very rushed. Started training at 7:10 AM and had to be to work by 8:30. We are heading down to train @ Westside Barbell on Friday for our squat day. Putting the suit bottoms on and working up to a single with the bands.
