Weight moved pretty well, felt a bit out of groove today but not awful.

Descent day of training with Nate Harvey and Tom Gordino. Putting the new squat suit on for the first time on Moday to see how it fits and get some reps in it. Will be posting my training on here for now on to keep myself writing things down and for anyone who wants to follow and maybe see how we do things. Plans right now are to do my first meet in August with Nate and a bunch of old washed up throwers!
