The mini cambered bar has always kicked my ass, but this was actually a pretty good day for me. Range of motion is about 2 inches more with this bar off a one board and foam which makes for quite a long press.

Good day of training today. My top thrower for the highschool I coach at won our first meet yesterday so I was pretty pumped about that! First light band phase this week, should be fun. Will try to post some more videos of things if santa brings me a new camera, mine is kicking the bucket!
